New Stuff!

I just wanted to do a quick post about my brand spanking new product guide! I worked on it over Christmas break, and then never really got to finish it up. It's still not completely finished with everything I want to add, but for now it will do, because I probably will not have time to work on it again until school is out for the summer. I've got a lot of packages and other fun stuff in the works, and I'll be sure to post on here when I get more added to it. So here it is! For those really observant ones out there, you'll notice that I also added pricing for event photography. I get lots of requests for birthday parties and reunions. These types of events are different because of the amount of pictures involved. It's not a traditional portrait session, and I had to change my pricing for these a bit. I'm compensating a little bit by offering huge discounts on discs with all the images included. I know if I was having a photographer come in for a birthday party, I wouldn't be able to choose and would want all the images I could get my hands on. Finally updating a few things...

No pictures for today's post. I've been soooo behind on blogging it's ridonkulous. I have a few sessions I'm trying to get finished up, but in the good name of procrastination, I took a few hours today and did some much needed updating on my website. I'm still trying to tweak a few things to get my galleries the way I want. It might change some more in the next few days. Who knows! Stay tuned...

A Few Changes...

Just wanted to throw in a quick post about my pricing for all those thinking of booking a session. I will be going to full price at the start of the new year. However, if you book with me before then, you will receive the discounted price. You can book your session as far in advance as you'd like, but you have to book it before the end of the year. For example, if you decide you want some family pictures in the spring, you can go ahead and book your session and you will receive the 50% discount. To all those who've already booked with me for the upcoming year, your pricing is already locked in at the discounted rate.

Thanks to all those that have booked with me in the last few months! My business has absolutely exploded and I can't thank all of you enough. Seriously, you are allowing me to follow a passion that I didn't think I would ever get to persue. It has truly been an honor photographing your families and getting to know you all. Because of all of you, I have been able to expand upon my portfolio by leaps and bounds. Now if only I had the time to actually update my website with my new images....

PS - keep your eyes out for some exciting changes coming up after Christmas. I will hopefully have some time to work on some much needed packages, new products, and I will finally be able to try to get some high school seniors on board for next year. If you know anyone that's an upcoming senior (or for those of you who are currently seniors and still haven't had your's done yet), be sure to get in touch with me. More Christmas Cards!!!

I just bought a new set of Christmas Card templates - just in time for the holidays! I am totally in love with this set. All of the colors in these cards can be changed to anything you want, and these can be customized to suit your needs. 25 cards are $30, and this is not subject to the 50% off discount. You don't have to have your picture done by me in order to get these cards. If you have digital pictures you would like to use, then we can make them work in these cards. Christmas Cards!

I am so excited to be offering Christmas cards! I love the designs that this particular graphic designer does, and I'm so happy I was able to purchase these and pass them along to you guys.

If I take your Christmas card photo, you have the option of ordering these Christmas cards through me. These templates are fully customizable, and I can change anything about them but the colors. The designs need to stay the same, but if you really like a design, but you want to use more or less pictures (or something to that effect) then that can easily be done.

These are all professionally printed on 5x7 high quality card stock (these babies look fantastic in person). The first set includes the back and will be printed front/back. The others are only fronts. You have the choice of either cover stock (which is a fancy way of saying plain 'ole card stock finish), pearl, or linen paper. Envelopes are included to make mailing these cards a breeze.

They come in sets of 24 and each set is $30 (the discount on my website does not apply to these cards). I must stress that this price is for the Christmas cards only. If you choose to order prints or digital files of the pictures taken, the prices on my website are applicable. If you choose to design your own card or order elsewhere, you simply have to pay for the digital files you want to use on your card.
